Our Services

  • Alternate Dispute Resolution (A.D.R.)

A.D.R. is a venue outside the traditional civil courts to facilitate the resolution of a dispute. Typically, parties employing our mediation service consensually agree to attempt to resolve the dispute utilizing one of our mediators as neutral facilitator to assist the parties in formulating a mutually acceptable settlement. This process is strictly voluntary and a settlement is only achieved when all parties agree. A.D.R. can also refer to an arbitration process where the parties, following an informal hearing before a neutral third party arbitrator, ask that arbitrator to make a decision, which decision may be binding, or non-binding, as the parties may agree.
