Robert E. Pakenham, BA, LL.B. graduated from Trent University and the University of Ottawa Law School. He was called to the bar in 1975, joined Howell Fleming LLP immediately thereafter, and was admitted to the partnership in 1978.
He practises commercial and administrative law with emphasis on municipal, planning, environmental and real property law. He also has extensive mediation skills having completed advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution training.
He has lectured at Sir Sandford Fleming Community College as well as to the Peterborough Law Association. He also has served various community service organizations including the Children's Aid Society, the Canadian Cancer Society, the United Way and the Parkinson's Foundation.
