John D. Nichols, BA, LL.B graduated from University of Toronto Law School in 1969 and has carried on a general commercial practice in Peterborough since 1971. He joined Howell Fleming LLP as a partner in 1987.
Mr. Nichols concentrates on corporate-commercial transactions, dealing with the full range of issues affecting small business, real estate development and debtor-creditor matters including insolvencies. He has completed advanced A.D.R. training and chairs Canada Pension Review Tribunal hearings.
